Job Description
As the senior GRC/IRM consultant, you will be responsible for customization and development of the ReadiNow GRC/IRM applications. This innovative software makes system design and developing applications to specific business requirements easy and fast, with 100% zero coding smart technology.

Build professional relationship with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions.

As a ReadiNow GRC | IRM consultant using our smart technology platform, you will have the ability to guide clients move from traditional way of managing GRC processes to an integrated IRM model and help automate the processes.

  1. GRC | IRM consultant will be intensely involved in business process consulting; to define the problem, propose and create the solution.
  2. Play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall GRC/IRM solution.
  3. Guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.
  4. Establishing new offerings within GRC space and socialize with prospective customers
  5. Work as a mentor for customers to migrate towards enterprise GRC

Requirements 

  • At least 5 years of experience in Development and deployment GRC software solutions
  • Good understanding of Operational Risk, Audit, Compliance, and BCP modules is preferred

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager that can jump in and make an immediate impact. The Senior Business Development Manager role is accountable for achieving pipeline, sales, and business development efficiency results that meet or exceed assigned targets. The SBDM is responsible for identifying and engaging on strategic opportunities, developing new clients, and driving new capabilities within our Industry Specific Applications.

The SBDM is expected to continuously learn and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of ReadiNow portfolio of products and services. The role includes an individual sales contributor target comprising pipeline qualification and sales achievement, as well as cross-organizational development contributions. This position will provide Business Development support to our  Enterprise Risk Management team.

Job Description
Strategic Account Managers work directly with our large key accounts to enhance their overall user experience with ReadiNow.  Priority is to work one-on-one with key stake holders and executive sponsors to build a more personalised dialogue to expand ReadiNow products and services within these key organisations.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing a trusted advisor relationship that works to ensure customer’s overall satisfaction with our products
  • Acting as a liaison between product management and the client with a focus on communicating the ReadiNow roadmap and how the roadmap will influence client activities
  • Developing success plans for customers that outline their critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and provide recommendations.
  • Leveraging customer relationships as needed for prospect references
  • Prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issues

Required Skills / Experience

  • Experience with high end enterprise software sales preferably SaaS applications
  • Successful in rapidly expanding assigned accounts with new business opportunities
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships especially at the Executive level
  • Ability to engage across corporate functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Product Management)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings or host webinars
